Imagine sitting in a room bursting with hops, thoughtfully experimenting with countless combinations for our next brew. Suddenly, it hits us: a harmonious sequence of four hops, simple yet impactful. This unique medley – Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo, Nectaron, and Nelson Sauvin – resonated with us deeply. Just as many pop songs are famously crafted from the same four chords, this beer is our ‘Four Hop Wonder’.

A hybrid between a Hazy IPA and a West Coast IPA. It has highs of passion fruit and stone fruit, but it's harmoniously balanced with a gentle rhythm of earthy and floral undertones. There's also a soft hum of bitterness playing in the background that holds it all together. It's a straightforward blend, yet undeniably memorable – a testament to simplicity's power.

Draft at Ren Min, Maxwell Food Centre. Poured a murky light yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, smooth, mineral, stone fruits, light dank, grassy hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. This was super fruity at the first sip, but that fruity sweetness dissipated very quickly after the beer warmed and got some air.
