Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a dark amber colour with a big, lasting, frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, fresh, malt, earthy, light floral, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. True to the style.
