26/4/2018. Cask at The Split Chimp, Newcastle. Pours almost black with a small lasting beige head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, light roasted malt, figs, hint of liquorice and citrus. Medium sweetness, quite light bitterness. Medium plus body, slickish texture, average to soft carbonation. Good brew.
