The crisp and tart edge on this German style wheat beer is something that 'beer-phisticated' (totally made that up - you got me) drinkers like you can appreciate. Okay, okay... we know it's hard to pronounce so say with me, 'Heh? Feh! Why? Zen!'. Knock back a few, let loose and get down for some nanty narking. Cheers!

16/4/2018. Bottle from BEEReaucracy Bar, Davao City, Philippines. Pours slightly hazy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma of wheat, sweet malt, citrus, banana, light vanilla, very slightly nutty and lightly herbal. Medium plus sweetness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. At 8% this is stronger than most German Hefeweizen and really worked.
