The Rick Taste of Tradition. Brewed as a traditional dark abbey ale with a two-staged mash and decoction, the Dark Lioness is a symphony of decadent tastes & aromas. This Quadrupel brings forth the best characteristics of malts, hops, and yeast with notes of chocolate, coffee, berry, stone fruit, and spice. (IBU 37)
