Pukukopissa pelin tai treenien jälkeen leijailee hikipilvien seassa myös kiinnostavia keskusteluja, usko tai älä. Yksi taannoinen liittyi olueen. Joku oli lukenut oluen palauttavista vaikutuksista tieteellisen artikkelin ja ei-niin-yllättävän moni todennut tämän päteväksi faktaksi. Sitten aprikoitiin tyylilajia, millainen on se perfekto jälkipeliolut; mieluusti vaalea (kevyt) ja raikas, ei missään tapauksessa tumman tuhti tai makea voimapesä.
Rapsakka pilssi päätyi enemmistön suosiksi, mutta päätimme omassa tulkinnassamme suunnata belgiaan. Jälkipeli on kepeän kuiva ja raikas, happamahko, appelsiininkuorilla, sitruunalla ja passionhedelmällä hennosti twistattu belgiale (Saison) janonsammutustöihin. 200ml draught at One Pint Pub. Hazy yellow-gold body, spotty lacing, dissipating white head. Fresh smell of lemon and some grain to it. Mid-sweet lemony hops to the taste buds, lightly spiced. Decent bittersweet tail. Medium bodied. A decent thirst quencher. (Helsinki 29.11.2017).

Draught @ Public Corner, Vaasanpuistikko 18, 65100 Vaasa, Finland. [ As Maistilan Jälkipeli ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, herbs - apricot, moderate yeasty, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruit, herbs - apricot, star fruit, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160707] 6-3-7-3-13

Draught @ SOPP Helsinki 2016. Amber colour, white head. Smell of fruit, some hops. Aroma of fruit, citrus, some raw berries, hops, some straw. Lively carbon, semi-soft. Medium sour, slightly bitter. Light body, rather fresh.

Draught @ SOPP 2016. Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy fruits, yeast, spices, earthy notes and hints passion fruit. Taste is sweetish, slightly stuffy and fruity with some citrus, lemon, spices and farmyard. Finish is fruity, floral and citrusy with some lemon, farmyard, spices, yeast and hints of earthiness. Okay fruity saison.

Bottled@Mallaskosken pienpanimotapahtuma VI. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some yeast, wood and mild pine needles. Flavour is fruity, mildly acidic wood as well as some nectar, yeast and very nice tartness to it.

Draught @Brewdog helsinki. Pours unclear golden color with a thin white head. Apricots, some sourness, citrus, mango. Nice aroma. Flavor has citrus, passion fruit, mango, tartness and some apricot. Mouthdrying finish. Awesome. Refreshing.

(Keg at Tommyknocker Helsinki, 20151219) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, grass, malts and bitternes. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A tasty hoppy saison.
