Eva se llama nuestra sidra de botella blanca, en honor a la primera mujer Outcider que mordió la manzana. Nos propusimos embotellar la suavidad y cuerpo de ella y conservar sus toques arriesgados y rebeldes. Acidez y dulzor en su mejor balance. Además, al contrario de la “manzana prohibida del paraíso”, esta OutCider esta totalmente permitida: es baja en calorías, libre de gluten y libre de pecados.

19/12/2018. Bottle from Beervana, Santiago. The Outcider website sells this as ‘Outcider Blanca’ though it’s not mentioned on bottle and it’s been entered as ‘Hand Made’ elsewhere. It pours extremely pale gold with a short lasting fizzy white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple juice. Medium plus sweetness, very light bitter/tartness. Moderate body, oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Wasn’t necessarily expecting to find a cider in Chile as doesn’t appear to be much of a cider industry here. Nice to have found this and it’s not bad.
