50cl bottle. A hazy dark brown beer with a big beige head. Aroma of intense roasted dark malt, coffee, rye and cocoa. Taste of roasted dark malt, coffee, intense cocoa, some chocolate and rye. Good!

Draft. A dark brown beer with a tan head. The aroma hasn otes of roasted malt, bread, and caramel. THe flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, bread, caramel, and hints of smoke, leading to a dry finish.

Barwa niemal czarna, piana beżowa, dość niska, umiarkowanie trwała. W aromacie czekolada, kakao, paloność. W smaku czekoladowo-kakaowe, dość pełne, gładkie, umiarkowanie palone, spora kwaskowość, czuć sól. Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie niskie, ciała sporo. Konkretne, gładkie, dobrze wyważone piwo. Obniżyć nieco kwaskowość, zastanawiałbym się nad tą solą, jak dla mnie niepotrzebna tutaj. Bardzo dobre piwo.

Butelka 07.2018. Czarne, nieprzejrzyste z niewysoką beżową pianą. Nalewa się bardzo gęste niczym olej. Aromat intensywny, przyjemny, słodki. Słodka czekolada, karmel, kakao, słonecznik, kawa, w tle lekka wanilia i suszone owoce. Smak również bardzo intensywny. Kawa, czekolada, praliny czekoladowe, słonecznik, śliwka. Goryczka średniointensywna, trafiona w punkt. Słodkie. Zwraca uwagę bardzo gęsta, wręcz kisielowata konsystencja. Świetne piwo.

On tap at Szynkarnia, pours black with a small tan head. Nose brings out light roasted malt, with some cocoa, and a touch of espresso. Flavour is along the same lines, with medium toasted malt, a bit of butterscotch (not the infected kind), and powdery dry cocoa. Lacking much residual sweetness and soft on the palate. Solid porter.

DØE. Almost black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, licorice and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and roasted moderate bitter finish. Oily. 020618
