Based on a brewing style which originated on the West Coast of America, Lacons Steam Lager is brewed using a lager yeast and a trio of whole cone hops, before being fermented at a warmer temperature than traditional lagers. Lacons Steam Lager has a floral aroma and hoppy tang which will appeal to followers of cask beer, whilst the light carbonation and coolness makes it an attractive alternative for lager drinkers.
