Bottle from Udder Farm Shop. Amber brown, tall beige head. Very malty, robust with caramel and toffee fudge. Herbal hoppy finish with a shy fruity touch.

Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Wriggle Valley Ryme Rambler ].Clear medium to dark brown amber color with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, carmael, dusty, nutty, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, apple, dusty, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151202] 5-3-5-3-10
