Draft a the Belgian Cafe, Eastbourne. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is banana yeast. The flavour is yeasty, with a dry, herbal, floral, banana, light clove palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

10/10/2018. Tap at the Soup Shack, Eastbourne. Pours pale orange gold with minimal head. Aroma of herb, light banana, yeast, citrus, hops and gooseberry. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, moderate sour. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation.
