Cask @ Cambridge Blue, Cambridge. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 201018

Cask @ Cambridge Blue, Cambridge. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, caramel and has a fruity finish.

28/9/2018. Cask at the St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2018. Pours chestnut brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, hops, fruit and nut. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
