Bad Ass Bob is an American style Pale Ale that showcases the Amarillo hop in all its orange, citrus & floral glory. A simple light malt bill and clean initial bitterness really lets the Amarillo stand out and be noticed. It is only one hop but it is a bad ass.

Can from Beers Of Europe. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of chalky malt and lime pith. Flavour of crushed paracetamol and grass. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Dry and pithy.

15/9/2018. Bottle from Hopsters, Ipswich. Pours orange amber with an average sized off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, orange, flowers and grass. Moderate sweetness, medium plusbitterness and body. Slight oily texture, average carbonation. Dry, citrusy, bitter finish. Very drinkable.
