Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Flipside Kopek Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, sweet malt, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt - chocolate malt, roasted, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151008] 6-3-7-3-14

Cask at Birmingham Beer Festival 2016; dark brown pour with a thin tan head, aroma has quite a bit of dark, taste has dark roast, hint of fruit.

On tap at the Ritz lincoln. Black colour with a tan head. Slight chocolate and coffee. Roasted bitter taste.
