4% ABV, air freighted lager brewed at the Mannheim-Eichbaum, Germany, the oldest brewery in Mannheim dating back to 1679. Frequent Flyer has a malty aroma from the Two-Row malting barley sourced from around the Rhine and is well-rounded and lightly hopped with Hallertau hops making it hugely refreshing with a luscious finish.

Cask at the Swan, Farnborough. 01/07/16. Zero aroma. Golden and bubbly with a creamy white head. Smooth body, carbonation not too obvious. Slight bitterness, which gives way to a rounded sweetness. I don’t see myself ever giving a lager a great score because they’re just so boring, but I’d finished this in the time my mate had drunk about a fifth if their pint so can’t be all bad.
