This is a classic West Coast-style Pale Ale, done our way: Belgian Pils malt, along with
Vienna and Caramalts provide the landscape for layers of Simcoe, Chinook, Citra and Centennial. Think orange with a dollop of marmalade and ultra-smooth with a touch of dank hop. This is a gorgeous beer made with love and a pinch of nostalgia.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Nose is grapefruit, lemon zest, bitter herb. Taste is grapefruit, bitter malts, light grains. Bitter malty finish. Wouldn't mind trying a cask version of this, would work really well I fancy.
