Elderberries are an interesting fruit when it comes to how people taste them. Some folks love them! Though delicious right off the bush or cooked down into syrups, elderberries can have an off flavor to some people. If you like elderberries than this mead will taste a lot like a malbec crossed with sweet red wine. However, if you do not like elderberries, than you wont like this mead at all.

Bottle at share. Aroma has the honey prominent. Minor elderberry notes. Fruity, but too sweet.
