Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy yellow color with a sly transparency and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: herbal to floral character, light lemon and lemon zest, light orange peel, some grassy to hay-like scents, sweet grains and some funky to earthy vibes
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a semi-sweet earthy to floral and funky sort of way; finishes somehwhat orangey, floral and funky
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning towards being sessionable, some smoothness and nothing preventing any sort of dryness or any harshness
Overall: pretty good saison I'd be willing to come back to.

Enjoyed in Asheville, NC from can. Good hazy gold with light white head, aroma of clove and yeast, lightly tart and rich in clove & orange peel. Pretty nice one!

Very nice hazy pale pour from a can with a white foamy head. Herbal nose. A tad of bandaid on the uptake but that fades rapidly. Head goes rocky and does not go away, just gets craggy. Fairly mild for a saison on the palate, fortunately, not much bandaid in the middle. Have not been a fan of saisons lately bit this stuff is not bad. Ends with a refreshing finish. Well balanced. Nice job burial.

Beer Boutique, Brooklyn growler: pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is light but of fruitiness, saison yeast, light maltiness. Taste is not very bitter. Smooth. Lightly sweet. Fairly dry. Easy to drink.

12 oz can from Half Time. Clear golden, nice fizzy froth of white head. Some sticky lace. Grass, hay, and funk. Drinks fairly dry, with a fizzy mouthfeel. Nice, drier, funkier leaning version of the style. Maybe a little too fizzy. Nice beer.

Light citrus and hay with some bubblegum like braces even after brushing. Hazy orange pour with decent head. Clean easy drinking finish. Tap at Churchkey.

This brew is a hazy golden color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Yeast. tropical fruit and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, tropical fruit, malt and mild floral hops. The finish is fruity with a yeast and hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. It looks like pineapple juice. Aroma is a bit of ester from the yeast with some pepper and fruity hop. Flavor is starts out with more white pepper a little rye and ends with some farmhouse funk and melon hops. This pretty much has all the things you are looking for in a saison but it’s just a little light around the edges. If you like your saisons on the peppery side then this is for you.
