At the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is herby, spicy and bready. Taste is lightly bitter and kind of dry. Solid saison. Easy on the gullet.

On tap at the source, Comes to the table a hazy light straw color with a tightly bubbled white head. Spicey earthy hoppy aromas with some yeasty phenols dominate the nose. Light citrus fruit and light sugar round us out nicely. Flavorful well made Saison.
