From a liquor store: pours light amber with a white head. Aroma is light citrus, light caramel malt. Taste is malty with very light bitterness. Low carbonation. Easy to drink. Not bad.

Poured into a mug, the appearance was a muddy dark red color with a thin layer of white foamy head that dissipated fairly quick. Stringy lace.
The aroma had toast, biscuits, caramel, black tea, orange marmalade and a touch of woodiness. Grassy hops send a decent balance.
The flavor had some semi-sweet maltiness playing with the grassy hops dryly. And then combines for the aftertaste. Malty smooth aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Low carbonation. ABV felt where it says it is.
Overall, good Irish red ale that I would have again.

Bottle from my brother for my birthday enjoyed at home for start of ALDS hopefully bring sox some luck. Went to rocky point severs times as kid. Reddish Amber pour nose is caramel and berry. Tastes of light carame, berry preserve, honey, some citrus, and sweet tea. Lighter bodied and easy going.
