Witchbinder is a fall seasonal offering that is brewed with heirloom pumpkin (L.I. cheese pumpkin), sage & a touch of NY grown cascade hops. A portion of the sage is lightly smoked over wood (2015 was cherry wood) and then added to the boil to impart a hint of smoke to this deep mysterious brew.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
At the source: pours a murky light brown with a small head... well no head really. Aroma is light sage and sodaish kind of things. Taste is like an herbal soda. Alcohol well covered. Feels smaller than a seven percent. Nice.
