Light colored and naturally cloudy Belgian style wheat ale. Our addition of dried whole chamomile and orange zest import a smooth mouthful and citrus flavor. With an ABV of six percent The White is not exactly sessional though you may thing that way after your third draught. Whether you enjoy it around harvest time, or enjoy it on a hot summer night the fact of the matter is you’ll enjoy it.

Draft at the brewery, 12/15/17. Listed at 5.7% and 27.3 IBU on my visit. Slightly hazy gold, thin white head. Slightly tart, citrus zest. More tart than the Gose, which was confusing, and also, a more interesting beer. 7/4/7/4/14

At the source: pours lightly hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is slightly yeasty, very loghtly fruity, kind of spicy. Light for the eight percent. Low sweetness. Some spice. Nothing crazy but fine to drink.
