This traditional English IPA was brewed especially for the 2019 Hull CAMRA beer festival using 80% pale malt, 10% caramalt and 10% wheat malt. The hop is a relatively new English hop variety, ‘Jester’, which provides 31 IBUs of bitterness and a lovely aroma.

12/4/2019. Cask gravity at the Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival 2019. Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, tropical fruit, caramel and mango. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet fruity finish. Easy drinking, pretty good.
