20/2/2019. Cask at the 20th Chelmsford Winter Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, hops, fruit and biscuit. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish.

From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Toasted malty, light breadish and caramelish. Bitter and light herbal hops. Bitter and dry toasted malty finish.

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. An amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma ahs notes of hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, butterscotch, metal, and minerals, leading to a bitter finish.
