25/1/2019. From bag in box at the 10th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours cloudy dark amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of cooking apples, toffee and a hint of rhubarb. Medium plus sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Dry, fruity finish. Best of the 10 ciders tried at the festival.
