18/7/2019. Bottle shared at the South West tour bottle share. Bought at The Eternal Optimist, Swindon. Gusher. Pours dark brown with a lasting creamy beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, dark and dried fruit, biscuit and black treacle. Moderate sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, but off-putting fizzy carbonation. Decent apart from that.

Bottle. Gusher. Medium head with medium duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, nuts, chocolate, roasted malt and hops. Lots of carbonation in the finish.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at Swindon Beer Festival 25/10/2018. Dark brown in colour, with a slight, beige, head. Toasty malts, some berry fruit, touch of liquorice, caramel and a warming finish. Good.
