This is a development of the first beer Bob ever brewed. It’s a modern pale ale that employs a whole heap of classic American hops. Brash, bold and assertive.

Gravicask at the brewery tap room. Close to clear amber coloured body. Dissipating white head. Lacing rings down the glass. Aroma of caramel malts and leafy hops. Juicy malty taste profile followed by nice, short-lived bitter finish. Easy to drink. (Attending East Bristol Brewery Trail 29.04.2017).

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Gryphon, Bristol 4/3/2016. Deep amber in colour, with a thin, white, head. Aroma of tangerines, tropical fruits, and a whiff of pine, with a touch of malt sweetness. Flavour had plenty more fruit, crisp, biscuity malts and the finish was pleasantly dry. My first GC beer and a very enjoyable one.
