OUR FLAGSHIP, CRISP PILSNER.

We’ve taken the classic pilsner style and turned it on its head with heaps of New World hops from New Zealand.

A bready, biscuit malt body with layers of zesty lime, citrus lemon and pine from Motueka and Wai-iti hops. Familiar to lager drinkers, but more complex and exciting.

Can from the brewery. Appearance - pale yellow with a light haze. White head. Nose - lemon, sweetcorn and just a touch of dusty malt bag. Taste - more lemon and very lightly grainy but not bad. Palate - light bodied, dry finish. Overall - pretty good.

12/5/2019. On tap at 3at3, Ely, Cambs. Pours clear dark gold with an average sized white head. Aroma of fruit, hops, grass and herbal notes. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Not bad, though a little too sweet for me.
