Draught at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels.
Deep ruby body, with a small, pinkish head.
Aroma with loads of fresh sweet, earthy, slightly sour raspberries, subtle wheat.
Tastes similar, all about the distinct raspberries.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes sweet-sour, a bit dry, a bit earthy, with lingering fresh raspberries.
Tasty. Very fresh, with lovely raspberries everywhere. A bit simple maybe, but really beautiful and balanced. Great fruited Berliner.

Draught @ BXLBeerFest 2018. Sourish, tart and heavy with raspberry juice notes, hints of wheaty yeastiness and lactic notes. Quite a lot of raspberries here.

Bottle from my brother. Dieu du Ciel Solstice D’été Framboise 5.9% Jammy raspberry tart aroma, the taste is wheat cakes, raspberry jam with seeds a bit nutty and very dry. Good summer beer and look at that beautiful red color! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

341ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy ruby red with tiny fruit and yeast particles floating around under a thin, fizzy, short lived, pink head that fully dissipates. Sweet, tart aroma of grainy wheat malt, raspberry, lactic acid and earth. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat malt, raspberry, vinegar, white wine and floral with a crisp, dry, tart, acidic finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and lively carbonation. An excellent Berliner Weisse.
