Bière de blé sure brassée avec des framboises
Le goût surette dominant de la Solstice d’été est obtenu naturellement en laissant surir le moût non bouilli durant quelques jours. Le tout est complété par l’ajout durant la fermentation d’une quantité phénoménale de fruits entiers. Il en résulte une bière très rafraîchissante dans laquelle l’acidité et le fruit utilisé dominent sans partage.

Pours bright ruby into an English pint. Pink head with little retention recedes to nothing. Funky raspberry aromas. Soft with bitter raspberry seeds and sour funk upfront turning to mild earthy crust in the medium length finish.

Drucken på flaska på De Klomp i Linköping. Massor av söta hallon i doften och syrliga i smaken, kanske lite saftig men annars en riktigt fin hallonöl. Gott

Rød lett tåkete med lavt rosa skum. Lukter bringebær, kirsebær og jordbær.... mye bær. Søt lett syrlig smak. Smaker røde bær og epler.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours a brilliant clear red with pinkish foam, very fine. Aroma is intensely red fruit, like raspberry (which indeed is the fruit chosen). Body is average, with marked astringency, and moderate carbonation. Taste is pretty sour, with a bit of sapidity, limited sweetness. Final is fairly long and sour.

On tap. Pours a ruby red with little head. Aromas of dusty raspberries and dull wheat. Flavours of fresh tart raspberries on a light wheat malt base. Very raspberry.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2017-10 getrunken. Das ist nie eine Berliner Weisse! Das ist ein Himbeer Sour Ale wo die Himbeerkerne für ein leicht holzigen Nachgeschmack sorgen. Gut trinkbar, auch wenn es keine Berliner Weiße ist. Gruß aus Berlin!
