Bottle from the Vineyard, Belfast. Appearance - jet black, tar like. Brown head. Nose - really dark chocolate, light smoke and coffee. Taste - tar, smoke and tonnes of chocolate to sweeten it up. The smoke returns on the finish. Palate - rich and viscous in body and texture. Dry but still rich finish. Overall - the sweetness of the dark chocolate, has engulfed the smoke and coffee and it works really well. Layers and layers of flavour.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of smoke and syrup, candy, coffee. Taste is dark chocolate, light smoke and tar. Rich and thick. Lovely.
