On cask. Appearance - golden with a nicely proportioned head. Nose - elusive. Light malt and a hint of citrus. Strangely kitchen smells. Taste - melded together malt and orange. Hard to split it out. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy and slightly astringent finish. Overall - solid enough.

Cask at the Cafe Royal. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of butterscotch and faint dried herbs. Taste is light sweet, grassy bitterness. Sweet finish.
