500ml bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. Pours clear dark orange with a thin white head. Aromas of smoke, tcp, orange. Taste is more of the same. Thin finish.

Bottle from Islay Ales. Appearance - deep amber with a lovely creamy head. Nose - smoked ham, light peat. Taste - smoky but not as rich and fruity as the Artisan ale. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet smoky texture and a long dry finish. Overall - not as interesting as the Artisan.
