On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - close to opaque black but with some red chinks. Nose - chocolate and lime. A positive start. Taste - more sweet malt, chocolate and lime notes. Sometimes this style throws up marmalade because of the combination of chocolate malt and citrus hops but this is drier and mire resiny. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a very enjoyable beer. Quite challenging but very satisfying.

Cask at the Haymarket. Pours black with a thin beige head. Aromas of light roast, pine. Taste is more o fthe same. light chocolate coming through. Light bitter finish, bit thin.
