La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di apparenza offuscata. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è ambrato carico torbido. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è non invasivo. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Permangono sensazioni boccali finali di pronta beva. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo e resina.
