Keg at the Southern. Pours clear golden amber with a thick, bubbly white head. Aromas of citrus. Taste is thin at first, not much going on, but a growing citrus peel bitterness as it goes down. Bitter finish.

Keg at The Southern. Clear amber body with a thin off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of vine tomatoes, caramel and candy floss. Flavour of toffee, passionfruit and underripe pineapple. Medium body with an oily texture. Light fizz. A decent, well balanced beer - not particularly unique but it goes down easy.
