Bottle at Appellation. Pours pale amber, nose is sherbet, apple, taste is fizzy, dry.

Bottle at tasting. Pours hazy orange, thin off-white head. Aromas are funky sherbet. Taste is lemon sherbet. Dry finish. Odd.

33cl bottle thanks at the Appellation Comely Bank tasting - this one from Benjii. Appearance - cloudy orange with a creamy head. Nose - definitely some wild yeast appearing in there, despite Benjii thinking it very unlikely that there would be. Taste - more of the sherbet, something floral and buttery going on too. Palate - close to medium bodied with a tangy texture (accidental I think) and a dry finish. Overall - accidentally bottle - conditioned, need I say more?
