On cask at Cloisters. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - grapefruit and a touch of biscuit. Taste - more biscuits and toffee then swept away with a grapefruit finish. Palate -light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - not sure where it fits style wise but itโs a decent ale.

Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear pale gold, thin white head. Light citrus and caramel aromas, light bitter taste. Medium body, bitter finish. OK.
