Lemongrass nose, not strong. Clear amber, thick head, good lace. Lemongrass, lettuce, blue cheese overtones. Medium body, soft carbonation. Reminds me of a wedge salad.

On tap at the brewpub on 07/31/2010. Clear golden body with a medium rocky white head. Sweet floral hop aroma. Sweet honey, grassy and floral flavor. Medium body with moderately high carbonation.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy copper color with a medium head. Fair head retention and lacing. Nice aroma of caramel and floral and citrus hop notes. The taste is bitter leafy hops with some herbal notes and faint caramel malts. Medium bodied.
