American style red or amber ale. This beer is brewed with a good amount of crystal malt to create the red color and the toffee carmel notes in the flavor.
Some German munich malt was also used to add to the malt character. The hops used are 100% American with a blend of Willamette and Centennial for bitterness, flavor and aroma. The overall experience is a mildly hoppy brew with a solid malt background.

Served on draft at the brewpub on 10/20/10. Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a medium tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of toffee and earthy hops. The taste is caramel, toffee, nutty notes and an earthy hop finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

Tap. Poured a slightly hazy red with a off-white head. Aroma was toasted malts, touch of citrus. Caramel notes, earthy hops, citrus rounds out the flavor. Decent, but not my favorite from them.
