75cl bottle - No 94/540. Great intense chocolate nose. The beer starts fantastic deep - chocolate, fruity orange hints, dry but smooth. Lots of chocolate in the mouth, very dry, highly drinkable with a nice smooth bittered aroma. Fantastic deep!

Pigs Ear Fest. Cask. Opaque dark brown beer, a few tan bubbles. Smooth palate, modest fine carbonation. Tangy dark malts, a kinda artificial tasting dark chocolate. Tangy dark fruits. Smooth semi dry finish. Mildly bitter chocolate linger. Okay.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2016 - London. Pours brown with a creamy, off-white head. Mild toasted malts in the nose, a little cocoa, melodic sweet flavour with rounded dark malts, more copycat dried berries, a little burnt earth. Melding bodied wo he fine carbonation. Finishes with some slathers berries, chocolate, light rosy, baking cocoa. Quite solid.
