Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco e di sour. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone castagno resiste abbastanza. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, luppolo, resina, agrumi, affumicato, frutta secca, whisky, terra e foglie.

On tap at il Punto. Pours black with a medium slightly tan head. Aroma is intense scotch, loads of peat. Medium body. Flavour is surprisingly dry, hardly any sweetness, loads of peat, some wood, some whisky. Too one dimensional and lacking some richness.
