Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Xtreme Pigeons Bake well ].Clear medium red orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, UK yeast, earthy, light cherry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, cherry notes, light earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20151008] 6-2-6-2-11

Gravity cask at Nottingham festival 2015. Clear pinkish red color. Aroma of dusty cherry. Taste has cherry and lemon. Very light body.
