On a rainy Seattle winter afternoon, magic was spoken of at Burke Gilman Brewing Company. The nuggets of knowledge were shared and talks of a collab began all those months ago. Now we are here, one Google Doc, multiple phone calls, and a list of podcasts later. This Northwest Style IPA emphasizes New Zealand Motueka and Simcoe hops with a dash of other players. Our goal was to generate an intense hop aroma and fortify it with a firm malt backbone. We hope you enjoy this collab from across the ocean!
