Dark almost opaque color, small steady cream beige head. Ashy, coffeish, a bit vegetably aroma. Medium-bodied. Roasted malty, some sweetness, coffee. Mellow, simplish porter with ok drinkability.

Can 330ml. [ As Two Tribes Island Records Jamaica Porter ].Clear dark black brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, coconut. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, coconut, dark malt, chocolate. 330ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, courtesy of Simon. Many thanks! Pours dark with small pale tan head. Aroma bears some roast and coffee hints. Smooth on the palatte with well-integrated rum and dark fruits, some marzipan notes, hints of coffee. Yeah it’s alright.

Can shared in Kensal Rise. Pours black-brown with a creamy, beige head. The aroma has some dried berries, scorched earth and leather. Light-medium sweet flavour with nips of coconut, vanilla pods, milk chocolate, mellow roast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation and oily texture. Sweet finish with more dark malts, milk chocolate, oily coconut, berries, raisins. Enjoyable.
