[ As Straßenbräu Travailleur ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow to orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, light hoppy, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, minerals, bubble gum, spicy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, saison yeast, minerals, fruity, spicy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160414] 6-3-6-3-13

Draught @ the brewpub. Good flowery saison with sweet honey notes, but the wine agening just makes it worse.

Draught. Hazy orange with a firm head. Aroma is spicy yeast. Flavour is pepper yeast, fruit, spicy malt, tangy on the lips. Fruity finish.
