Draft. Golden beer with a whitish head. Tart and lemon aroma. Brett ad tart flavor with light citrus, light oak, and light yeast. Medium bodied. Brett and oak linger with tartness, light citrus, light spice, and light yeast

On tap at Gourmet Haus. A lot of funk on this beer and touch to find the right category for it....but the brewer calls it a Saison. Very tart with the Brett and Lacto showing prominently. Hazy deep yellow with white head. Complex and interesting with spicy esters throughout.
