Every batch of Watergull Orchards cider is made with between six and ten different varieties of apple. The natural yeast occuring on the differing apple skins allows for the fermentation process to take place without further encouragement or additives. Each batch if left to ferment fully until all of the naturally occuring sugars have disappeared, resulting in a dry cider. The cider is then sweetened with sucralose as required, with any natural flavourings being added prior to it being bottled or ‘bag in boxed’.
No yeasts or preservatives are used during the production process.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a cloudy dark pink, no head, still. Aroma of musty apples and a sweet fruity strawberry. Taste of tart dessert apples, funk, strawberry cordial. Tangy and dry finish. The strawberry element, although pleasant enough, tastes slightly artificial. Nonetheless its ok, fairly tasty.
