Can from lowcostbeer.com, 8 months past BBE but its a dark malty style so hopefully ok. Quite a thick pour, black, small beige head, some retention. Aroma caramel, toffee, light roast, chocolate, raisins. Taste has a lovely depth of flavour, chocolate, caramel, raisin, berry tang, semi-sweet but with a modest bitterness running through. Full bodied but not heavy, soft to light zingy carbonation. Excellent.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is caramel, burnt toffee, chocolate, raisin, berries, taste is similar, meaty, sweet.
