Semi-sweet. Taste is fruity tartness, yoghurt, oats, cereal, citrus zest. Semi-sweet, light bodied, dry finish, mild sourness. Needs more in the finish but its a good fruity beer.

Aroma is semi sweet, tangy yogurt, dry pithy raspberry, dry cranberry, Flavour is composed of dry tart berries, dehydrated cranberries, rapsberry, yogurt, pith, Palate is dry, pithy, moderate carbonation. Decent fruit actions.

Can at home, from the Keeper connection, 07/08.21. Raspberry red with a crimson covering. Nose is raspberry pips, damp straw, grains, hedgerow, mixed berry sherbets. Taste comprises tangy berry compote, berry pips, raspberry yoghurt, grass, straw, faint lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with the most modest of puckering finales. Ok fruity number ... good berry flavour profile ... could do with the sourness being ramped up here somewhat.
